TCNA2024

Participants can buy places at the Tower Cranes North America Conference & Reception (TCNA) via the website.

Payment is made by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) as part of the registration process. No registration is effective until payment has been received and processed successfully.

Fees paid by participants cover, as appropriate, admission to TCNA: 11 June, the welcome drinks reception. 12 June, all the conference sessions, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, farewell drinks reception. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

An email confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be sent to each registrant upon receipt of payment together with an invoice. Delegates are asked to bring a copy of the confirmation.

Organisations/companies who have purchased places can change names of participants until May 12, 2024, free of charge.

Participants can cancel their registrations until May 1, 2024. Until that date, payments received by KHL will be refunded (limited to the amount paid by the participants), minus a fee of $40 to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the event.

In case of cancellation after May 1, 2024 or in case of no-show, no refunds will be made.

If the organiser cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. However, refunds are limited to the amount paid by the participants. The organiser is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation.

In the event that the TCNA 2024 would be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of God or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organiser, no refund shall be made. Participants to the TCNA 2024 waive all claims for damages in this case.

By attending the event you are giving KHL and its partners permission to use photographs and/or footage of you at the event, for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media and editorial use. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have gained their consent for this aspect of the Terms & Conditions.  

Within the registration process you will have the option to opting in or out of sharing your data. If you opt in your personal data (Name, Job title, Company, Country and email) will be shared with contracted third parties acting as the Exhibitor/Sponsor/Visitor Liaison, Venue Management or Ticketing and Registration platforms. Third parties/sponsors/exhibitors are listed in the footer of this website. By registering to attend the WDS, your personal data (name, job title, company and email) will be shared with the Exhibitors/Sponsors.
